- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A personal meeting to Identify their service needs. Every customer has a different service need for their Business Facility and Floor Surface. Then I provide a " Maintenance Proposal" according their needs or a Bid For Floor Care Service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Building Service Contractor Association International Building Management Course (BASCI) Recognize Nationally and in Europe. On going Professional Maintenance Courses and Floor Care Training.
