Consi

I built Consi Design to solve a specific problem: plans that don't match what was actually asked for. I've seen it happen, a sink and door installed in the wrong spot, mistakes that are expensive to fix once building has started. I bring 20 years of design and building experience, especially in kitchen and bath remodels, to every drafting and space planning project, starting with your dream and working backward to get the plan right the first time. Homeowners get plans that actually match what they asked for. Contractors, designers, architects, and tradespeople get drawings, layouts, and space planning handled start to finish, plus project and portfolio photography through my studio, Studio M, for finished work or listings. Realtors get listing photography and styling, along with floor plans and renovation layouts for buyers who need to see what a space could become. Airbnb and short-term rental hosts get fast turnover styling and refresh services between guests, so the space keeps photographing and living up to its listing. Based in Brea. Tell me what you're working on.
