- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently offer sizeable discounts to homeowners that qualify for our marketing program. We also offer only competitive pricing and expert workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you're sitting outside on a cool summer evening, what do you envision for your patio cover? We like to first schedule an appointment with our customers to sit when them and learn. After this learning session, we typically show samples of our work and styles of patio covers we manufacture and install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2009, we have manufactured and installed 10s of 1,000s of patio covers throughout Southern California. We're the leader in our industry.
