- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been built around experimentation and learning what types of exercises work for different people and body types, but I also do my best to learn the latest training techniques from fitness authorities and peers alike.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a friend who saw my work ethic and personality traits and suggested trying out the profession. It was a perfect fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weight-loss and shape/tone are the most common, especially among women. I also have seen substantial results in building muscle mass and athletic training.
