The owner (Victor)started to text with me immediately following my posting on Thumbtack on my proposed project. Although texting vs an in-person meeting can often be deceiving, Victor came across as genuine, honest, dedicated and professional and we agreed to meet to go over the project in person. Once we met, Victor continued to reassure me that not only could he complete the project, but he could do so relatively quick (3-4 days), without any long delays. Victor and his team (Oscar, Juan, Miguel, Antonio and Jose) alternatively worked on separate phases of the project and my media wall (see before, during and after), was in fact completed within the timeframe promised and I could not be more satisfied with the professionalism, craftsmanship and overall outcome of the project. I was so happy with the Victor’s work that I am already planning on his team to complete several more projects in the days and weeks ahead! Bottom line, this company is better than 5-Star!
