I am not a paying customer, but I spoke with Thomas G. over the phone about a problem with my garage door, Thomas asked what brand mine was, and he knew the problem after I explained what was going on! Thomas guided me step by step, and BOOM the problem was solved! It took about 2 minutes to fix it, I really wanted to pay him, but Thomas refused, and told me to have a nice day. Garage spring broke last December 2017, and I contacted Bay Area Integrity Garage Door Repair. Thomas and his son came over for the repair. Thomas is very professional, knowledgable and gave us good advice. He not only repairs the spring but also the mechanism holding the garage door in place. I would give his business and him 5 stars for sure...
