Art was very professional and approached every aspect of the job he did with precision and care. He installed and painted double doors in our home office, it looks great! It took a little longer than expected, at the end of the day it was well worth it.

Art was highly recommended for help with a plumbing issue and he was the right guy for the job ! Art contacted us and was able to diagnose the problem the first day and while he did his best to fix the problem the issue required a return visit the next day . Art was great at following up and keeping us informed of his schedule also when he would arrive and with his help we were able to resolve our issue quickly . I will be recommending Diaz Home Repair to family and friends for all of their repair and home improvement needs .

So contacted Art abt the work to move a big granite slab. Emailed me back pretty quickly stating he can do the work and we set a date. But I do feel that in this line of work the I should not be following up and checking when and what day he will be coming. This is a job and Art agreed to be a my place on a specific day and time and I expect that this be fulfilled. I don't think this is much to ask for. I shouldn't be chasing the one up on time and day or if can show up. After two days Art showed up and realized the slab of granite was too heavy for him and his helper and told me to wait as he goes to homedepot and hired another helper and then asked for more money. I could have picked another person but I really needed this to be moved so I agreed. So once they started Art needed help also with moving 2x4 which I had under the granite plus also I had to lend him some gloves due to he didn't have one in his pickup. So really we are looking at 4 people work. After all this they managed to put the granite were I needed it and they left. So after contact to hire and start work took 3days. Overall rating is around 4.

I apologize that some personal things came up unexpectedly Charles,these things happen. Yes that 4'×8' slab of granite was very heavy for 2 guys to carry but after all said and done, I made sure the job got done. Thank you Sir.

Find out what the customer needs done,give them different options on their project, if possible and give them a fair quote. Also explain "what" and "how" things are going to be done to complete their project.
