- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the specifics from the complimentary consultation, we do NOT provide over the phone quotes without seeing the project first!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally set an appointment for a complimentary consultation. From there we provide a quote to the new customer based on specific cleaning needs and size of project. If the customer is ok with the provided quote, an appointment for cleaning is then scheduled!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of both residential and commercial cleaning experience with great reviews and loyal/happy clientele!
