I've been personal training with Chris for the last 3years. I used to live on a steady diet of hot cheetos, jameson, and beer... and he helped me get my mind and body back on track. When I first started, was about 130 lbs of FAT on a 4'10'' frame. NO BUENO. I had zero muscle and couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without panting. Now, 1.5 years later... I'm happy to say that I'm down to 119lbs of MUSCLE. I've leaned out and eat so much healthier. I'm much more conscious about what I put in my body and also so much stronger. Stronger than I ever thought I could be. OK, enough about my results. Let's talk about Chris. Chris started off as my trainer.... but he's become more than that to me. He's become my friend and support system :) He's super encouraging and very accommodating. Chris is also EXTREMELY professional and trust worthy. If you're looking for a personal trainer... hit up Chris. He's amazing and has seriously changed my life for the better.

I have been using a personal trainer for over two years. A few weeks ago, when I needed someone to fill in during my regular trainer's absence, I used Obi. After our initial session I used him for 4 days a week, for two weeks. Now that my regular trainer has returned, I'm training with Obi two days a week, and am happier than ever. I'm 64 and Obi takes that into account, suggesting alternate exercises when this senior body of mine hurts. I have to say every workout with Obi has been terrific. He really knows his profession. Additionally he has an upbeat personality and is always encouraging. The only thing that could be better was if I could afford to see him 7 days a week!

My son had an opportunity to be a part of the level of program and team. Coach Flitter did an excellent job of bringing in quality coaches to assist, and focusing on fundamentals that some kids today never get exposed to. The program truly improved my son's basketball skills and court IQ but even more importantly the program stresses teamwork, effort, responsibility and accountability on and off the court, and maybe most important he had a lot of fun.

I came to Pro-Fitness Athletics in 2014 with no prior experience working with a trainer. I was struggling to get in shape and not motivated enough to make it a complete lifestyle change. After initial fear of trying something new and social anxiety, I tried a class for the first time and it changed my life. The classes are challenging and fun. John is a great trainer that will motivate you to try what you think may be impossible. Pro-Fitness has helped me get in the best shape of my life and has had lasting results.

About

Hello All, My Name is Sierra Chambers. I’m a former Div.1 College athlete from Saint Mary’s College of CA via Centennial HS in Las Vegas, NV where I grew up. I have played basketball since I was age 4, and competitively since age 10 with school teams, rec teams, and AAU club teams. I love the game of basketball and how far and successful my career as a student athlete was. I received a full ride scholarship to SMC in 2005 and I played 4 years of Varsity in HS and helped win 4 consecutive Nevada AAAA State Championships (1 State Championship in Track&Field, 5 Total ) at Centennial. I have always been a competitor who loved the sport of basketball and enjoyed the overall experience I gained as a student athlete playing a team sport. Those skills not only helped me in the classroom but in life. Knee injuries ended my career as a player early, but I have always loved the game and appreciated teaching and coaching the game even more. It’s for this reason I wanted to start developing up-and-coming student athletes who are either just getting started, going out for a team, or are looking to improve their skills and get to the next level. I have been lucky enough to have been coached by some very amazing people and I’m ready and willing to share my own personal knowledge and experience of the game with your child. My college Bio is below as well as multiple links (ask for links, will not allow me to post them here) from my high school and college career. Feel free to shoot me an email or phone call with questions. (email above, Text or Call (number below)) I’m looking to prepare young athletes as young as elementary school on up to the Varsity level. I have years of experience working with multiple age groups during summer basketball camps since I was a freshman in HS both boys and girls. Let me help you improve your child’s skills with some one-on-one coaching. Skills I can help improve: - Agility - Shooting - Passing - Ball handling - Rebounding - Defensive Skills - Offense Skills - Overall confidence in the game of Basketball and many more.
