I've been personal training with Chris for the last 3years. I used to live on a steady diet of hot cheetos, jameson, and beer... and he helped me get my mind and body back on track. When I first started, was about 130 lbs of FAT on a 4'10'' frame. NO BUENO. I had zero muscle and couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without panting. Now, 1.5 years later... I have been using a personal trainer for over two years. A few weeks ago, when I needed someone to fill in during my regular trainer's absence, I used Obi. After our initial session I used him for 4 days a week, for two weeks. Now that my regular trainer has returned, I'm training with Obi two days a week, and am happier than ever. I'm 64 and Obi takes that into account, suggesting alternate exercises when this senior body of mine hurts. I have to say every workout with Obi has been terrific. He really knows his profession. I have played basketball since I was age 4, and competitively since age 10 with school teams, rec teams, and AAU club teams.
