I recently had a buyer close on a home in 30 days under asking with repair credits. Yes that happened in this crazy market. I will always work hard to get my clients the most I can!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they know the area and are willing to work for you, answer the phone, and answer all your questions. You’d be surprised at how many do not respond in a timely matter.
