Quick to respond to request -- asked me to send pictures of my own patio area prior to scheduling any kind of visit for an in-person estimate. To date this is the only 'professional' who asked me to do that. I don't know a thing about patio covers, so I didn't know what to photograph. Once that was established, the pro scheduled a 2 hour window on Monday 7/23/18 from 8-10am. He texted at 830am to reschedule for 12-2pm. He texted again at 1230pm to cancel the home estimate. Four hours of my day down and nothing. No thank you!
Updated to add, 7/24/18:
In all fairness I never actually retained Awning Industries to do any work for my project request. While I still believe the initial interaction was unprofessional and then wasting the entire early part of my day to wait on the estimate was a poor experience, I honestly cannot attest to the actual quality of work. Therefore I have raised my star rating to compensate.
