I was having trouble with my 15-year old Dell desktop, so I contacted a Thumbtack computer tech with good reviews who never contacted me. While I was waiting for him, Dave's Computer Repair popped up on my screen. So, I called him. Dave called me back in a few minutes. After he arrived, Dave spent a while analyzing my old computer, and determined that it was not repairable. Also, it would not accommodate Windows 11. He then helped me select a newly refurbished Dell from Amazon. When it arrived, Dave installed it for me. After using the new computer a couple of days, I made a list of things that needed to be done to get the computer how I wanted it. Dave then came over, and made every change that I requested. He was very reasonable in his pricing. Throughout the time he was here, Dave was very professional, courteous, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer repair.

Dave did a great Job. He showed up and got to work right away. He tried several solutions to try and fix my gpu, but ultimately it was faulty and could not be repaired. I thank Dave for his efforts and will call him back for future services. Highly recommend!

Honestly there’s too much good to say here. Helped me find the root cause of an issue I thought would cause me to replace my high end graphics card, and turned out to be a bad PCIE cable. The man’s a wizard.
