Karen repaired the computer microphone issue within 1 minute, a job Staples was unable to do. He was confidant in his work. My ONLY problem with Karen was that he had a bad cigarette odor on his clothes, which, for me, did not epitomize professionalism.

He did an awesome job repairing my laptop’s keyboard. Very polite, professional and fast. It would have taken me 4+ hrs to do the job, but he did it within an hr. I have never seen anyone memorize all the screws, dismantle and resemble laptop so quickly. Very happy with the service, will buy again for tech repairs without second thought. Highly recommend!
