I can not say enough great things about my experience with 3 Little Birds as my coordinator and rental provider. While trying to plan for a wedding in this crazy year was a whirlwind of changing requirements and precautions, 3 Little Birds really came through for us when we needed to re-evaluate our plans. In the end, our day ran smooth and beautifully in no small part due to their expertise. Jessica was very communicative, had all the right questions to ask so that it was clear how we wanted the day to go, and even helped us scramble to find a new venue and last minute vendors within a month of the wedding. When I was beside myself with stress and concern, they helped me stay in gear and guide us through the process. What was meant to be a 150 person full day wedding ended up being downsized to a 20 person "social distanced" brunch and honestly I feel zero FOMO about what could have been. In the end I married my best friend and celebrated the day safely with close family and friends. All of my vendors pulled through wonderfully which I also credit to the 3LB team for creating a comprehensive timeline for everyone involved. I'm forever grateful to 3LB for coordinating a day I can look back on with joy.

Jessica and Shannon were absolutely amazing. Our wedding was so beautiful, and I had zero stress. All of my other vendors were also so impressed with how efficient and detailed Jessica was with her timeline email, and how she kept everything on track on my wedding day. I can’t thank Jessica and Shannon enough for making our wedding day perfect! If you’re thinking of hiring them, do it! You will be glad you did.

Jessica and her team were great. I’m a control freak but they helped me feel safe the day of my wedding. They were all very nice. They did a great job.

Working with Jessica was fantastic. I was on a very tight time schedule and budget and she presented me with multiple options to fit my needs. She got back to me very quickly and with exactly what I needed. The delivered right on time brought all the tables and chairs upstairs (we have an elevator) at no additional charge. The tablecloths that were provided were freshly drycleaned, pressed, on hangers, and in bags. We then needed an additional set of tablecloths, which she brought right out. She also let me know right when she was on her way with the tables and to pick them up. Amazing service and quality! I will definitely be using them for my future events! :-)
