Good work fast not a scammer fixed the issue after I had another contractor tell me it’s gonna take $2,500 to get it fixed when general solutions came out within 30 min left my house with the problem fixed for $250 honorable work thank you for helping us out

I contacted General Solutions after four outlets suddenly decided to quit on me. Alex reached out right away, and we scheduled a visit for the very next day. Once he arrived, he got to work troubleshooting the outlets and fuse box and eventually found the culprit, an outdoor outlet causing the outage. He replaced it quickly and even added a weather guard so future me won’t have to deal with this again. Fast, easy, affordable, and zero stress. I needed to install a weather proof outlet where a new water fountain is being placed. I called General Solutions at 10:00am on Monday morning. Alex called me be back within 15 minutes. By 4:00pm the same day, he was at my house. By 5:30pm the job was completed. He’s professional and knows what he’s doing. Using a high quality, weather/water proof outlet box, the job turned out perfect. I’m impressed with his skills, the quality of materials used and the very fair price charged for the work. When the need arises, I’ll definitely be calling General Solutions again. I’ll ask for Alex!
