Alex was very professional, responsible, and thorough. He carefully inspected the electrical system to determine what was causing the breaker to trip and tried several different solutions until he successfully fixed the problem. He charged $250, which I felt was very reasonable for the time and effort involved. I’m very satisfied with his work and will definitely contact him again if I have any electrical issues in the future. Highly recommended!

Alex arrived when he said he would. I didn’t exactly know what the issue was but I knew it was an electrical one. He figured it out and promptly fixed it. He went and got the part he needed and installed it. I would definitely use Alex and Great Solutions again!

My experience was great. In fact, I'm already planning to schedule to have my TV mounted. I had 4 fans and pendent lights mounted. The job was fast, efficient, and most importantly, everything looks great. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

I contacted General Solutions after four outlets suddenly decided to quit on me. Alex reached out right away, and we scheduled a visit for the very next day. Once he arrived, he got to work troubleshooting the outlets and fuse box and eventually found the culprit, an outdoor outlet causing the outage. He replaced it quickly and even added a weather guard so future me won’t have to deal with this again.
