I contacted General Solutions after four outlets suddenly decided to quit on me. Alex reached out right away, and we scheduled a visit for the very next day. Once he arrived, he got to work troubleshooting the outlets and fuse box and eventually found the culprit, an outdoor outlet causing the outage.
