Introduction: I like to give my clients the option of buying their own basic equipment in exchange for free classes. Not all at once, but as your progress through your program..
Basic equipment would be:
Mat.
Myofascial roller.
Proper size ball.
Resistance bands.
Some dumb bells.
This way the client doesn't have to miss a workout if either of us has to cancel class.
The added benefit to this approach is the client can share the information and education they receive, demonstrating the techniques with their family and friends.
Thus, giving all of us the ability to motivate, guide, encourage and help others.
