Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I like to give my clients the option of buying their own basic equipment in exchange for free classes. Not all at once, but as your progress through your program.. Basic equipment would be: Mat. Myofascial roller. Proper size ball. Resistance bands. Some dumb bells. This way the client doesn't have to miss a workout if either of us has to cancel class. The added benefit to this approach is the client can share the information and education they receive, demonstrating the techniques with their family and friends. Thus, giving all of us the ability to motivate, guide, encourage and help others. When my clients tell me they've helped someone else with the knowledge they received from our classes. Also. Being active outside in the sun. Feeling muscular, balanced, hydrated and nourished. helping the community get fit. A healthy lifestyle is a fun journey!

My name is Monica Moskatow and I have been working as a professional dancer in LA for the last six years. I had never seen a personal trainer regularly because I had had some very bad experiences in the past with personal trainers. With my experience I had gone to a first session and was left the next few days without being able to even move or walk. In my line of work, even one day of immobility could cost me a job. I didn’t feel like I had accomplished anything except destroying my muscles and having to take extra time off from working out just to be able to walk again. I felt after these experiences it was a waste of my time and of my money. I met Brian after telling him some concerns I was having with my back, hips, and flexibility. I wasn’t even considering a personal trainer at the time. I was already in good shape but I wanted to become stronger and more tone without too much bulk. Also keeping my flexibility and improving it was very important to me. Brian gave me an overall assessment and worked out a personalized workout routine for me to follow. It consisted of resistance training, stretching, cardio, and strength workout training. I decided to give it a shot. I’ve been training with Brian now for 6 months and I feel healthier than I have in such a long time. He’s improved my dancing in so many ways. I feel stronger, I’m able to move faster, and it has definitely showed at auditions. I’ve booked double the amount of auditions I’ve gone on since working with Brian. I feel great after all of our workouts. I’m happy and energized. He’s taught me how important self-myofascial release is. How my nutrition plays into my progress and how it can aid in my workouts. I trust Brian when it comes to my training. He isn’t only knowledgeable about the body and training my specific needs, he’s also a lot of fun to be around. He’s probably the most positive person I’ve ever met. Everything he does is for the good of others and will put his clients first before himself. I would recommend for anyone considering Brian as a trainer to have faith in what he instructs. It will always be with your best interests in mind. Working out can seem hard and will not happen overnight. But if you have patience and a strong goal in mind for what you want for yourself and for your wellbeing, you will definitely see results after working with Brian.

I've always been physically fit, but Brian introduced me to a whole new world of understanding about how the body works. My physique improved in a couple months because he helped me execute proper form and target muscle groups I didn't even know existed. He knows about nutrition and encourages me to improve my diet. He knows his stuff. He's also a fun guy.

Gillis is an outsourcing physical training. He insists on the body basics. Rather than going through the same course for everyone, he identifies the strong and week areas for his students and works out a plan that gives results without causing fatigue during exercise. His sessions are full of fun and energy.

I've known Brian (Zeb) for over eight years now, and am an actor who has been trying to put my body back into shape since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Thanks to Zeb, I am beginning to feel like I uses to when I was an all-american diver all the way back to high school; and I'm 55)))
