I highly recommend EG Modern Construction for any general contracting project. I reached out to them for a junior ADU (JADU) studio with a separate bathroom, as well as a bathroom remodel in my main house in Pasadena. I honestly thought this project would be impossible, until I found EG Modern Construction. The team did the project exactly as planned, they were on time and delivered quality job. EG Moden Construction converted my 650 sq.ft. garage in Glendale into an ADU, and Im very happy with the results. Erik and his team took care of everything, from design and permits to construction.The project was done on time that was promised and the quality was exceptional. My little garage with an addition turned into a perfectly designed and modern ADU. Last year I hired EG Modern Construction to remodel my mother's house in Van Nuys and it was the best decision I could have made. During the remodeling job I got to know that they are specialized in ADU construction, so I asked them to build an ADU for me here in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. From start to finish, it was a great overall experience. The team at EG Modern are very professional and knowledgeable. From the initial cost evaluation to dealing with permit and inspection, to beautiful final design, it was done with much thought and expertise. Most importantly the communication with the team was very excellent. Special thanks to Erik the Contractor, who was always available for any questions and to guide us through. If you are considering building an ADU or remodeling your home, I highly recommend EG Modern Construction.Here is a picture outside of the 1200 squere feet detached Garge Conversion and the lovely kitchen. :)

EG Modern Construction did an amazing job on my home addition and remodeling in Burbank. They guided me through everythingarchitect, permits and construction. The new living area and kitchen are beautiful, and the extra space is perfect for relaxing. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent. The transformation exceeded our expectations.
