Introduction: FIRST MY RATES: - My minimum trip fee is $170. This includes 2 hours of work, after which I charge at $85/hour (materials not included). I also charge flat rates for certain projects (like window/door installations or carpentry builds/installations for example). I can also provide estimates. NEXT "Do it right the first time." my dad used to say. He said lots of things, but that seems to pertain most to your needs at the moment. My goal is quality work and excellent service. In order to make sure your project turns out how you want I’m gonna ask lots of questions to get a clear idea of what’s needed to do it right the first time. Pictures are very helpful in my understanding of how to approach a solution for your project in the most cost effective way. I will typically ask for pictures of the item to be worked on and the space I’ll be working in on that item. AREAS OF WORK: - home repairs and installations (no plumbing) - furniture repair/assembly - mounting of TVs, shelves, art, large/heavy hangings, etc. - minor electrical (installation of fixtures, outlets and ceiling fans where there is already existing power) - carpentry (ask about a build you need) - custom carpentry builds are generally priced per item (not including delivery and installation - if necessary) **I am not a licensed contractor**
