We recently completed a major renovation with Dima and his team, and they exceeded every expectation.Dima is incredibly professionalhe sets clear expectations, communicates often, and adapts quickly when plans change. He even stopped by multiple times a week to personally check on progress. His team reflects the same high standards: skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented.Special mention to Toli (foreman), whose precision and craftsmanship across carpentry, doors, framing, and plumbing made a huge difference, and Salimbec, who delivered the best tile work Ive ever seen, especially with large format tile.In less than four months, they demoed walls, installed beams, renovated three bathrooms, added shear walls, framed custom features, and fabricated white oak doors and jambs. Every day they showed up on time, worked hard, stayed late when needed, and cleaned up before leaving. Even our neighbors noticed their consistency and professionalism.Most importantly, Dima operates with integrity. When a flood happened, he and his team immediately took responsibility and handled it.
