- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet my customer and start with some information on what I offer. It's more than a job or paycheck to me...it's a relationship that I will build catering to every single need. First, I listen to their needs and what they expect from my team and I. Second, I evaluate expectations and work to meet their needs. Big or small jobs,repairs, or correcting a bad installation or nightmare I will find a way to resolve any flooring needs. I'm very positive and confident in my team of experts and I to handle any situation. My new customers will ultimately have trust in what I say and do and that's the best part of my job.
