- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For small events, I like to give an hourly rate so the client can determine exactly how much they want to spend on the event and I can stick to their timeline. For larger events, I like to give a flat rate having estimated the amount of time that I will spend on the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in the medical field, and I decided I wanted to have fun with my life. I like planning, organizing, and seeing an event come together. I also design invitations and custom stationary with my other business, Lilly's Papery.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work on events that are on a budget and need to be done efficiently and beautifully. I have been working on a lot of Birthday parties recently and it has been a blast!
