What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are an all-inclusive property management company. Our services include screening the tenant, managing tenant move-ins, move-outs, rent collection & distribution along with maintenance requests.
Our rate is 7% of the monthly rent for all the work we do and each month, the rent is distributed to the owner in a timely manner and a taxable format.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process of working with a new customer begins even before any agreement is made. We first start with an introductory meeting to see if we are on the same page with the owner and have the like-minded goal of generating rental income with their rental property occupied by the best possible tenant.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the property management space for over 7 years and received my bachelor's degree in Real Estate with a deep understanding of Real Estate Law. I also received my Real Estate Broker's license and am constantly updated on new laws for landlords that take effect and how to best handle them.
