- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers usually send photos of their carpet, sofa, sectional, mattress, or furniture first. We provide an estimate, inspect the fabric and carpet condition, pre-treat stains, and perform deep upholstery and carpet cleaning using professional extraction equipment.
