I had a great experience with West Coast Plumbing. They responded very quickly to my inquiry on Thumbtack, communication was professional, and they showed up right on time for the appointment. Henry took the time to assess the situation and didn’t charge for the visit. Even though the issue ultimately required an electrician rather than a plumber, he gave honest, helpful advice on what to do next. I really appreciated the integrity and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend them.

Henry was able to come over the same day we contacted him. We just moved into our house and couldn’t use the kitchen sink because of a leak so we wanted to remedy the situation asap. Henry quickly identified what needed to happen and came back later in the afternoon once he had the necessary parts. He installed the dishwasher, made our sink usable and also installed a valve on a water line so we can use the ice maker in our refrigerator too.

I am beyond grateful for the amazing service Henry provided! I had an unexpected outdoor water leak, and Henry came to the rescue the very same night I called. He was so responsive, showing up immediately and putting me at ease from the start. Henry worked tirelessly over the next few days, troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue with true dedication and expertise. He ultimately found the problem—a corroded shutoff valve—and replaced it flawlessly. Henry’s professionalism, skill, and friendly attitude made the whole experience so much better than I could have expected. If you need a reliable, personable plumber, Henry is your guy! Highly recommended!
