I had a good overall experience with ORepairAppliance. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the necessary parts to complete the repair in a single visit. Customer service was responsive and scheduling was easy. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that pricing wasn’t clearly explained upfront, but it was still reasonable. I’d definitely consider using them again for future appliance repairs.
