Five stars isnt enough!If youre buying floors on the Peninsula, go to Harrys Carpetsfull stop. Harry treats you like a friend, not a transaction. Hes honest, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really sets him apart is how much he careshell go out of his way to make sure youre happy and confident in your decision.Hes also never pushyits clear hes more interested in helping you love the final result than just closing a sale. Add to that the best prices in town and complete transparency, and theres really no reason to go anywhere else.We couldnt be happier with our experience. Highly recommend!

highly recommend this business. The first time we met Harry was when we needed new hardwood floors after some water damage. He came to our house with samples and offered advice and assistance. Several years later when updating the carpeting in the bedrooms, we used Harry's Carpets again. Also a great experience but the carpets failed after about a year due to a manufacturing defect. I thought we were stuck with them but Harry went back to the manufacturer and promised to make it right for us. Fast forward to now and we have new carpets that were just installed with no cost to us. And they are lovely. I highly recommend this business! Thanks Harry!!!

We just had high quality Masland carpet installed in our living room by Harry's Carpets. The workmen were excellent and they moved all the heavier furniture (we cleared out the knick-knacks, lamps, etc). They also moved the television (MOST of the other vendors will not touch ANYTHING electronic, including power recliners!!).The workmanship is perfect and the installers were very willing and cooperative in handling any special requests--courteously.(Half our time with Home Depot's estimator was him telling us what they would NOT move--even telling us to take our pictured down and remove the class from the china cabinets!!) We saw the back of him in a hurry!Harry handles every carpet manufacturer under the sun--lots of choices--and he got free samples to us quickly. ...didn't charge anything to come and give an estimate, either, unlike all the other vendors.Harry's price was very competitive but more importantly he and his office manager, Larry Speer, gave us lots of good advice and an education in how to pick an appropriate carpet. We originally wanted a very deep carpet but Larry told us that my Wife would have trouble with it because she uses a walker.Harry and Larry are 100% honest and forthright and, frankly, a pleasure to know. I'm sure that IF there was a problem in the future Harry would not run and hide--he will take good care of his customers.It is great to patronize a small local business. You will NOT go wrong with Harry's.
