We were in communication, but I had arranged for the house to be empty so noise would not disturb anyone. There were a few glitches, for instance, He wisely calculated before getting started that I didn’t have enough flooring (a friend had given me the flooring). He made a recommendation and too care of other business while I bought new flooring. There was unexpected rot in the wood underneath my refrigerator and we brainstormed together on the repair with materials I had (piece of plywood). And we discussed the threshold transitions and molding. I needed to get the job done in one day and he completed it and did an excellent job, checking with me at important decision points. I highly recommend Kevin."See more
