I had four rugscleaned by Indigo Rugs — one even had a dog pee stain — and they all came back looking amazing! Two of them needed fringe repair, and the work was beautiful. Everything looks fresh and like new again. Great communication and pickup/delivery made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a high quality rug for our home and came across Indigo Rugs while out walking. It was exactly the shop I had been looking for! Many of the rugs are brought in from Turkey and handmade.Savash was super helpful and provided guidance on size, color and style and even offered to bring a few of our top pics to our house so we could see them in our space. He went above and beyond in terms of customer service. One of the rugs he brought to our home ended up being perfect in our space, and we couldnt be happier. The rug makes it look like weve finally moved in!

Savash was super helpful in helping us find two persian rugs that we absolutely love. We visited in the afternoon and saw over a hundred rugs. He came over that evening with several rugs for us to see in our house, and we had picked two rugs that evening. He is really knowledgeable and friendly. Rug pads and cleaning also turned out great. Rugs are super high quality and prices are reasonable. Would shop with Savash and Indigo again.
INDIGO Rugs - Cleaning & Restoration's reply
Daniel, what a fantastic review—thank you! It was a pleasure helping you find the perfect Persian rugs, and I’m glad the home visit made the decision even easier. Seeing rugs in their natural habitat always makes a difference! Thrilled to hear you’re happy with the quality, the rug pads, and the cleaning. Looking forward to your next visit—there’s always more to discover! 😊

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the rug’s size, material, and the type of work needed. We provide clear, upfront quotes with no hidden fees, and offer free local pickup and delivery. We also give discounted rates for multiple rugs or returning customers. Every rug is handled individually, and the price always reflects the level of care it deserves.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by inspecting each rug either in person or through detailed photos the customer sends us. This helps us understand the rug’s condition, materials, and any specific issues like stains or fringe damage. Once we provide a clear quote, we arrange free local pickup. Each rug is then hand washed and, if needed, repaired by our restoration team using traditional methods. Finally, we deliver it back clean, refreshed, and ready to be enjoyed again.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team’s roots go back to Turkey, where rug weaving and restoration are part of everyday life. Each member has years of hands-on experience learning from skilled artisans — mastering how to clean, repair, and preserve both handmade and modern rugs using time-honored techniques. Today, we combine that traditional craftsmanship with modern care standards to give every rug the attention it deserves.
