James is a pro who fully knows his business. The job was to demo an existing water feature to allow us to recapture this area in our backyard. James provided the most reasonable estimate and started the work quickly. While the job turned out to be harder than expected James stood by his original estimate and stayed the course with a very positive attitude until the work was completed.

As a recently new fish hobbyist and already having a tank at my clinic... I was looking for a real nice one for my home.. I contacted a few guys off here unfortunately I wasn’t happy with there enthusiasm until I met with James!! Off the bat what stood out was he was more excited then me he’s team custom designed and produced simply a piece of art!!! With state of the art equipment.... I recently purchased a house with a pond that was in decay. This is where I did my research; looking for the most qualified person to bring my pond to life. The reason I went with James is due to his great customer service. He came out to my home, listened to my ideas and gave me a blueprint of what I needed to get the pond going. He quickly drafted a clean, detailed invoice showing exactly what he will do to ensure that there aren't any hidden charges. To my suprise James' bid is very competitive and affordable. My pond did take longer than expected because of the terrible shape it was in. Futhermore James always communicates daily on what he will be doing before he comes over. Because he wants to make sure his customers are happy, he threw in something extra for me which I am much appreciated. Attached is the picture of what he did for my pond. It started off as a stinky moat to a hotel like swimming pool pond.
