I reached out to Focus Health via thumbtack because I wanted my office employees to be CPR certified by the Red Cross. Focus health reached back out within 15 minutes gave me a breakdown of what to expect from the class and pricing as well as their availability to teach the class. Bryan from focus health was always on top of his communication and had answers to all my questions and concerns.
On the day of the training, Bryan showed up 15 minutes before the class started to set up and make sure that we start on time. He did an amazing job of keeping our group engaged and telling relevant stories about situations that involve CPR. It was a super informative and quality experience. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a group CPR lesson to reach out to Bryan from focus health. He went above and beyond for us.

Focus Health was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Our staff needed CPRtraining on very short notice and our coordinator, Bryan W., called me back within hours and worked very quickly to find an instructor who could work within our time frame. We got connected with Jessica, who was an incredible instructor. Everyone we worked with was professional, flexible, and made the entire process very easy. We will be using them again in the future!

Standard pricing is based on program and volume. We offer many discounts such as corporate discounts, NPO, EDU, EMT, BLS, Veterans, DoD, adopting parents and more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make training simple. We confirm dates and Red Cross instructor availability and solidify with a service agreement.
