- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ones we have all the details and confirm our availability we put it all together and email you a contract for your review and approval,ones approved we will charge you $250 to reserve the date for you, we will touch bases again a week before the event to confirm the details and make any changes if needed. we will show up on time and with big smile ! you pay the rest of the balance at the event .
