- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in the middle of the road compared to other companies but my quality of work is by far the best. It’s pretty cheap compared to what you get for it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once a year I take a refresher class on the latest developments to clean carpet,stains, and upholstery.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in the carpet cleaning business because I wanted to provide a service that would give back to my community. I also am not an office type of guy. I love the physical part of my work.
