Chris is on his way to success in this field . He was time ,and we watch from the kitchen window and clean all the sofa and cushions not holding back on any cleaning supplies , he gave us a free 4 oz carpet spot ,too. He was so thorough, that we brought out a antique sofa and and finally we found our antique specialist he lower the rpm and gently brought our antique back to life. Great job Chris thank u for your integrity. Call me July to our automotive upholstery cleaning of my truck and my wife's car too.Definitely A 5 Stars ***** Thumbtack New Serviceman , we just got married and moving in May ,now our main furniture is spotless. Chris was very friendly and seemed to really know what he was talking about. We have old carpets but I guess I was hoping for more spots to be removed. Overall he did a good job. The one thing that could have been better is our appt was at 10a on a Friday and it took until Saturday around 12p before we could put back any furniture. I was hoping they would be mostly dry by the time he left since that was something he talked about in most cases. Overall satisfied with his service.

Chris did a "move out" cleaning for me in a very timely manner. I was unhappy with the edges where carpet met tile, so he returned the next day to spruce those up. Landlady was happy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in the middle of the road compared to other companies but my quality of work is by far the best. It’s pretty cheap compared to what you get for it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once a year I take a refresher class on the latest developments to clean carpet,stains, and upholstery.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in the carpet cleaning business because I wanted to provide a service that would give back to my community. I also am not an office type of guy. I love the physical part of my work.
