- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I fix a computer with a blue screen, No back up available, a really big amount of data to recover, and the customer already had a tech guy trying to fix it. I perform the job in 2 days. I work for like 6 hours running test after test, to try to find the problem. Every single test was "OK". The computer system seems to be fine, everything was fine... but I found a problem with a controller and that was it. A System file incompatibility!! Customer was happy because he loved his computer the way it was, and I was happy that I saved him time and money to put everything back! The End
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some one that can work on site preferentially, that can explain to you the probable causes of the damage and offering a diagnostic with a reasonable solution.
