- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all, we have hourly rates for our services dependent on the number of workers at a job (2 for any rain gutter cleaning), and sometimes what type of job. In some situations the first hour is more expensive, this will include travel costs. Any materials, hauling or other fees are billed based on the job.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the company is insured and licensed. Know what kind of Rain Gutters you have: whether they are 4 inch, 5inch, or 6inch. For installation, be sure to find a company that does seamless rain gutters (we don't do new installations). If it's just for cleaning and repairs, know that the company will have the equipment that is equipped to reach your rain gutters and that they are experienced in a variety of repairs.
