- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flat-pricing system to give you a fair quote quickly. Certain add-ons will cost extra such as cleaning the inside of your oven, inside the refrigerator, etc. If you have any special requests please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We accommodate our customer's schedules 99% of the time and are completely flexible to your needs. There are two ways to book our services. Book online with our very user-friendly website or contact us directly and we'll book it for you. We make the process easy to matter which option you choose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our maids are hand-picked out of hundreds of applicants based on their cleaning experience, personalities and professionalism. They are then interviewed, asked to provide a sample cleaning and finally undergo a complete national background check.
