- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I price per window count, as you would buy at a hardware store. A regular window is usually one stationary pane with another pane that slides from left to right or up and down. A multiple pane is made of three or more panes, such a french window or a stationary pane with slider panes on either side. Sliders are also a different price. INSIDE/OUT REGULAR. $7 MULTIPANE. $8 SLIDERS. $9
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients commonly ask to get the inside and outside of windows cleaned, screens cleaned, tracks cleaned, as well as garage windows done.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First impressions are important. I would look at proper attire, being able to answer questions that pertain to task, and overall work ethics.
