Had residential plumbing emergency with leaking pile under kitchen sink. As soon as Alex saw the pic he was able to explain me on phone what the issue was and fix. He promptly showed up next day to fix new faucet.

Helped fix a shower faucet leak. Very friendly, responded quickly and was able to set up a time right away. He talked about options and was OK with taking time to go get another part to get a better match. At the end, price was very fair. When I asked about other jobs he was very upfront and honest about what he had experience with and what he would not want to do, which I appreciated.

Got good estimate for kitchen faucet replacement (lower than the rest) from Alex and he was the only one who texted me. Was responsive in answering my questions. He ran late though to our appointment, but once he started work, he was able to complete all the work in a short time.
