It is now two weeks out from Casa Utopia completing our home remodel project. We are absolutely delighted with the work and outcome.The scope of our project went from simple hardwood floor replacement and painting of three rooms, to a complete bathroom remodel which included the relocation of water supply and drains.Raz was our Project Manager. He maintained open lines of communication, explained every step, and kept the project moving. Previously, our other bathroom remodel took 10 weeks (different contractor). Raz had this bathroom project finished within 4 weeks (with an additional week for the flooring replacement of the other rooms). We never felt this was a side project for them. The team was at our house every morning at 8am, and put in solid hours to get our project completed.As for quality, things I notice, all the grout lines are straight (wall and floor), the hardwood flooring was cut evenly (no jagged edging), texturing of the walls matches the walls that were not modified. We have consistency throughout.We need to also mention and thank Nicole, who was our designer. She was very patient every time we changed our mind on a design element. Her quick turn-around on the CAD drawings helped my wife visualize the final project. This gave us the confidence that we were not going to regret any aspect of the final product.If we had to do this over, we would choose Casa Utopia again. We have already recommended them to several friends.

The true measure of a contractor is how they handle the inevitable problems that come up with a big project. Casa Utopia passed this test with flying colors. During our project they always strived to get the work done with high quality and make sure that we were satisfied with the work. Raz and Elior communicate well and they never went missing during the project.We did an exterior remodel project with a driveway and Casa Utopia was able to get the project done on time and with high quality. Our home looks so much better thanks to their work. They have the people and tools to get any job done at a fair price and we're glad we went with them. I would recommend using Casa Utopia as a contractor for large projects and we certainly will if we have another project come up.

We reached out to Casa Utopia for a full bathroom remodel for our condo. Raz visited us and provided us with very reasonable quotes,very understanding with our requests, and very friendly. We also requested extra work such as new flooring tiles in the kitchen and replacementof our kitchen countertop and they accepted the additional requests without any issues and not much additional costs. Raz became our project manager and he was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The project went very smoothly without any issues or extra costs from the original quote. Raz updated us on every step and progress that has been made with pictures. Rinat worked with us with the design of our project(s) and she was very helpful, she assisted us with our shopping for the materials and also had great suggestions on right combinations, colors, paint, etc that will properly blend. The design was followed on the spot by the team and the project(s) were completed smoothly, on time, and of great quality. We even took vacation for a few weeks while the project was ongoing and the team took good care of our condo safely and cleaned it when theproject completed.
