- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible payment terms. Payment is made by the customer only after the completion of the order, except in cases where bulk material purchase is required. I accept the most common payment methods such as Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and others. For hourly work, there is a minimum payment for 2 hours. Even if the work takes less time, the order will be calculated based on the cost of 2 hours. Material procurement during the execution of the order is accounted for separately and is paid for accordingly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We highly value your time and preferences. That's why we always pay close attention to the needs of our clients - Consultation and requirements discussion: We start by discussing your needs and desired outcome. This may involve meeting in person, over the phone, or online. - Project estimation and proposal: I assess the scope of work, necessary resources, and provide you with a proposal that includes a description of the work, timelines, and cost. - Detail agreement: We discuss any additional questions, details, or changes that may be required and clarify them before starting work. - Execution of the order: I proceed with the work according to the agreed plan. During the execution of the order, I keep you informed of the progress and discuss any changes if necessary. - Completion and payment: After completing the work, you review the result and ensure that everything is done according to your expectations. Then you make the payment according to the terms of the agreement. - Feedback and support: I value your feedback and I'm ready to improve my work based on your input. If you have any questions or issues after the completion of the work, I'm also ready to provide support. For large and complex projects, we have a team that professionally handles any tasks given

Higher education in the humanities field. Design and personal growth courses
