- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on project-based pricing only. Costs are determined by scope, design complexity, materials, permits, inspections, and construction timeline. All pricing is provided in a detailed written estimate. No hourly or handyman work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to define project goals and scope. This is followed by site evaluation, design coordination if required, material selection, and a detailed project estimate. Once approved, we handle permits, scheduling, and full project management through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional construction education combined with extensive field experience. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured in California as a General Contractor, managing structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.
