Alex did great work for us - fixed a broken shower faucet and then replaced our kitchen faucet as well. Very punctual, great price for the work, and extremely professional. We will certainly continue to use his services when needed. We could not be happier with the work he did for us.

Well I got a first visit from a different plumber and was not happy about the cost or the extent of the job (by the way they charged for the visit) so I looked for a second opinion... I reach out to Alex and he came the very next day.. (for a free assessment). Very punctual, very professional. He told me the cost and the job would last about 3 hours.. I ordered the part (Kohler faucet set) from Home Depot and called him once I received it. He came back a couple of days later and did great job replacing the faucets on part with its estimate in cost and time... I would recommend Alex for any plumbing job. He is a good guy, honest and very competent at its job. He saved me a lot of money.. I will call him again if necessary. Alex should change his name from Pretty Good Plumbing to Excellent Plumbing

I manage a small single condo unit from out of town, and my tenants noted a clog in the kitchen sink and a smell coming from the sink. It was a stressful situation since I couldn't see the issue in person, but Alex's profile on Thumbtack caught my eye. True to his profile description, Alex was super helpful and communicative the entire time. He called me within 5 minutes of my Thumbtack message to him, I gave the overview of the situation, and he was on his way within a few hours. He coordinated entry into the unit with my tenants and they later told me that Alex was super professional and easy to work with. He gave me an estimated range of the cost upfront and confirmed the actual cost after the work was done, and I was able to pay him remotely via Venmo. We did all this via text and Alex was very responsive.
A few weeks down the road the tenants noted the smell was persisting. Alex called me up and walked me through everything he did last time, and together we figured out one more potential item that could still be causing it. He scheduled a time directly with my tenants and swapped out the part. Time will tell if this is the root of the issue or if this is likely a deeper problem that we need to involve the HOA in. Either way, I've been very pleased to work with Alex - if you need a friendly guy to help with simple plumbing things, he's great.
