- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That i provide a pricing range base on the size of the home and the complexity of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's reoccurring normally I would like to meet in person to discuss the project. if the time doesn't permit for the customer to meet, we can discuss project details over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of cleaning experience in Connecticut and decided to bring the business to California. I learned from a very young age how important it hygiene and cleanliness was. My dad was very strict with it coming from a military background.
