- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 basic packages that we offer but depending on the event, we may need to add/remove services and staff therefore changing the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make it as easy, casual and as effective as possible. Meeting a new client is mainly about getting to know one another. Not only is it important for me to get a feel for my client but it is even more important for my client to feel confident in hiring me as their professional planner. After all, you are trusting me and my team with one of the most important days of your life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone you click with, someone who gets you and your taste, someone who will make it about you and not about them and when you do find the right professional, let them take control of the wheel. Trust that they will bring your vision to life and enjoy the ride!
