Herotec was great! We highly recommend them. One of the hinges on our metal gate broke. They came out and explained exactly what needed to be done and why, which we really appreciated. They did a great job on the gate and it looks better than it did when we first had it installed. You can tell they take pride in their work. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Avi is the owner who personally came out to my house to fix a gate the broke with the pressure of the strong winds. They replaced the arm and motor and a magnetic lock mechanism. I spoke to 3 other gate repair companies for estimates and even though HeroTec wasn’t the cheapest, I appreciated Avi’s attention and explaining all the details of the work to be completed. He did negotiate a bit lower to be more competitive with the other bids which was appreciated. He also came by after a week when I had an issue with the remote WiFi integration on my phone, he managed to figure out the problem and was good about ensuring I was completely happy with the work. Overall Herotec was fast, communicative and had good follow-up. I would hire again if needed.
