All pricing is based on the final scope of work, materials selected, and site conditions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation Discuss the client’s goals, scope of work, budget range, timeline, and property details. Site Visit & Measurements Walk the property, take field measurements, evaluate existing conditions, and identify any constraints (HOA, permits, structural, utilities). Design & Planning Create layout options, review materials, finishes, and fixtures, and align the design with budget and functionality. Detailed Proposal & Estimate Provide an itemized estimate by trade, including materials, labor, allowances, and projected timeline. Contract & Deposit Finalize scope of work, sign agreement, and collect the initial deposit to lock scheduling and materials. Permits & Pre-Construction Pull permits if required, order long-lead items, and confirm construction schedule. Construction Phase Execute work with scheduled inspections, trade coordination, and ongoing communication with the client. Final Walkthrough & Completion Review completed work, address punch-list items, and close out the project once approved.
