Transparency is key.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and ask how can I be of service. It usually flows from there. Generally, they’ll tell me the scope of the work they want done. I’ll set up a time to go do a quick estimate and just do a quick inspection of the work to be done. I will gather all the details and materials and email a bid to the client in the evening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Color matching, painting, faux finishing.
