Pricing depends on the volume and complexity of the work. I offer fair rates, discounts for repeat clients, and for combining multiple tasks in one visit. All details are discussed in advance — no surprises when it comes to cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the task over the phone or via messages. If needed, I come for an on-site evaluation. After assessing the job, I offer possible solutions and give a clear price. I’m always punctual and get the job done right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in repair, construction, and finishing work. I've worked on houses, apartments, offices, stores, and other types of spaces. I know how to get things done reliably, neatly, and efficiently.
