- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $49 on-site service call, which we waive entirely when you move forward with testing. Pricing is flat and transparent with no hidden fees. Because we are a testing-only firm, you'll never be upsold on remediation you don't need. Certified lab analysis and a detailed report with a 24-to-48-hour turnaround are included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation about your concern, whether it's visible growth, a musty odor, past water damage, or a real estate transaction. We schedule an on-site visit, perform air and surface sampling with state-of-the-art equipment, and send samples to a certified independent lab. You receive a clear, objective report within 24 to 48 hours plus a walkthrough of the findings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors are certified in mold assessment and indoor air quality, with ongoing training in current sampling protocols and laboratory standards, and hands-on experience testing properties across Greater Los Angeles since 2019.
