FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Private Coaching - Once we’ve decided to partner together we’ll create a regular weekly schedule where your times are blocked off just for you. Depending on the time and frequency of our visits the rates vary from $90-$125 per session. Private Group Coaching starts at $120/hour session and we add a small charge for each additional Yogi:)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you partner with me, its all about YOU and we follow a 4 Step Process: When you partner with me we’ll follow a 4 step process where we: 1. Schedule a Discovery Zoom Call: We’ll learn more about your needs, abilities and intentions as well as answer any questions you have to make sure we’re the right fit to partner together. 2. Personalize a plan thats Meaningful & Achievable: Next, I’ll tailor a plan directly based on your needs, abilities, and intentions for your practice that’s both meaningful and achievable. 3. Take it Step by Step: From there, during our weekly one-on-one sessions I’ll help guide you through every pose and center your intuition as you become more deeply attuned to your body. This allows you to slow down, ask questions or go over a pose more deeply anytime you need. 4. Guidance & Support: Lastly, throughout the process I’ll be alongside you every step of the way so as you and your practice evolve we’ll work together to adapt and tailor to your changing needs. *I believe that creating a consistent practice is the most important element towards getting the greatest benefits of Yoga! Most of my clients work with me consistently 2-3x per week over the course of a longer period of time and I block off your times so that you can have peace of mind to create a sustainable practice.
